Made in Somerset to a traditional recipe with organic eggs, organic butter and organic Sicilian lemons. Smooth rich curd with a sharp zest. Delicious in pies, puddings and hot buttered toast (or by the spoon straight from the jar).
When HRH The Prince of Wales created Duchy Originals in 1990 it was due to his belief in the advantages of organic farming in producing natural and healthy foods and regenerating and protecting the countryside and wildlife.
This Lemon Curd is the result of such endeavours.
