Made by hand in Somerset to a traditional recipe in old fashioned copper preserving pans to retain the succulent juicy flavour of the whole fruits. Delicious on buttered toast.

When HRH The Prince of Wales created Duchy Originals in 1990 it was due to his belief in the advantages of organic farming in producing natural and healthy foods and regenerating and protecting the countryside and wildlife.

This preserve is the result of such endeavours.
