"Hawthorn", Very similar to 'Paul's Scarlet', but with double white flowers, ageing to pink. The tree is small with a rounded head. Ideal in the small garden. Plant in any well drained soil with plenty of organic matter in sun or partial shade. Also, use mycorrhizal fungi 'Rootgrow' in your planting hole. These are friendly fungi that attach themselves to roots for the purpose of accessing available nutrients for plants. Height and Spread: 8m. Fully hardy. AGM.
