A vigorous, evergreen, twining climber with yellow-throated, purplish-red flowers from early to midsummer, followed by purple-black berries. The young shoots have coppery/bronze young shoots. Plant in a any well-drained soil with plenty of organic matter. Height: 10m. Fully hardy.
