An evergreen form with red tinged leaves which turn purple in autumn. Not as rampant as F. baldshuanicum and the flowers are smaller, it still makes good cover. Plant in any well-drained soil with plenty of organic matter. Height:9m. Requires a sheltered position. Hardy.
