The Sheppy family has been producing traditional ciders since the early 1800`s, from apples grown in their own orchards in the heart of somerset. All Sheppys ciders are fermented and matured in oak vats and made naturally from pure apple juice. This cider is a blend of traditional apples. It is a medium-dry light sparkling cider with a bright and refreshing taste.
