A favourite of Gertrude Jekyll, it is at its best first thing in the morning, before the heat of the sun gets to work. The semi-double flowers hang down in large clusters and are pale peach at first, fading to white as they open. The plant is vigorous one and is late to flower, though only once. It has a strong and musky scent. Height 5m.
