The title of this review sounds a bit odd, but nothing could be further from the truth for my grand mother.

She spends most of her time in the garden creating crazy contraptions for growing her plants and protecting them from them 'pesky birds'!

Until now she would use bits of string and rope to tie bamboo canes togther making her own propagation and frost protection methods and more importantly stopping the plants getting eaten from the birds!

I saw these on the website and thought they were a fantastic idea. I bought a pack for myself at first to put them to test and the rubber adjusts to the size of the bamboo canes making them 'universal'

I then bought a further 2 packs for my grandmother making her very happy indeed, which is more than I can say for the birds...
