Made by hand in Somerset with organically grown Spanish clementines. Cooked gently in traditional copper boiling pans to preserve the bright aromatic peel and sweet flesh of the fruits.
When HRH The Prince of Wales created Duchy Originals in 1990 it was due to his belief in the advantages of organic farming in producing natural and healthy foods and regenerating and protecting the countryside and wildlife.
This marmalade is the result of such endeavours.
