Shrub - Rose 'Mme Issac Pereire', 4L Deep Pot.

An interesting rose with as many good points as bad. Bred in the 19th Century, it produces huge crimson flowers with a strong fragrance. The flowers are cup-shaped with the outer petals turning outwards and are produced in small clusters on very lax growth; and has a tendency to suffer from blackspot. Also, use mycorrhizal fungi 'Rootgrow' in your planting hole. These are friendly fungi that attach themselves to roots for the purpose of accessing available nutrients for plants. Height 1.5m, Spread 1.2m.
