This variety requires two other pollinators (Triploid) to bear fruit. The fruits are a yellow/golden colour, with orange/red stripes. They have a nutty taste with a sweet crumbly texture, a good cooker and eater. Plant in any well-drained soil with plenty of organic matter or in a container with John Innes No 3. Also, use mycorrhizal fungi 'Rootgrow' in your planting hole. These are friendly fungi that attach themselves to roots for the purpose of accessing available nutrients for plants. Height: 1.8-2m.
