Made by hand in Somerset with organically grown blood oranges from Sicily. Cooked gently in traditional copper boiling pans to preserve the blood red flesh of the fruits. Delicious on buttered toast.
When HRH The Prince of Wales created Duchy Originals in 1990 it was due to his belief in the advantages of organic farming in producing natural and healthy foods and regenerating and protecting the countryside and wildlife.
This marmelade is the result of such endeavours.
