"Shrubby Veronica", A small, spreading evergreen shrub with grey-green leaves with narrow red margins and veining when young. The lilac-blue flowers fade to white and are borne on short spikes during June and July. Plant in any well-drained soil in sun. Height: 45cm, Spread: 60cm. Fully hardy. AGM.
