"Indian Bean Tree", A very compact tree forming a domed crown, with large sized heart shaped leaves, and is often top worked. It has panicles of white flowers in July followed by long narrow seed pods in autumn. Ideal for street plantings etc. Plant in any well-drained soil with plenty of organic matter in full sun. Also, use mycorrhizal fungi 'Rootgrow' in your planting hole. These are friendly fungi that attach themselves to roots for the purpose of accessing available nutrients for plants.
